Zero Tolerance! Leave it to a corrupt system to take anything good and turn it around backwards and then blame The People when it all goes south. .
Good parents teach their children kindness, patients, understanding, respect, and common curtesy.
The schools, DMV, and our government teach them...
Figures...it only protects the staff.
As parents we know a "do what I say and not as I do" policy goes nowhere. This is partially due to the fact that we as people know we learn best by imitating behavior, and we also know that people are very stubborn, we do not like taking advice from others. We all have our own way of doing things.Not to mention, how many times have you taken what seemed to be good advice from others, and it probably worked out great for them, but it just wasn't right for you, or better yet watched someone who thought they had all the answers and didn't. Then there are those who know it's bad advice and they still swear by it anyways.
Being that we have already, years ago, come to these conclusions on this very subject it would have to go without saying that the governmet who still pushes zero tolerance would have to fall into the ladder catagory.
