They are not using commercial codes for this particular war, however, they are using false declared states of emergency powers against us. Check it! - Every president that comes into office declares some sort of war, (war on drugs, cold war, etc.), in order to suspend the American Constitution for EMERGENCY powers to usurp The People.

even when emergency powers MAY really have been needed - WWI; WWII - The People, the citizen was not subject to tribunal laws,
