The Parables
Ever wonder how someone else views a subject? Here's a view to spark the imagination when you are reading along in your bible. Parables were not meant to be taken to the letter, only to be interpreted as a learning lesson. For example: If you were told a parable of a turtle and a scorpion, who at the end of the lesson drowns in a pond, would you think you could find the bones of these animals to prove this parable is true? No! There are no bones, just the bones in the story you missed because you were nit-picking it apart. try taking a step back and looking again.
