Legal Or Not
New York has legalized this one plant how many times in the last 30, or so, years? So, is it really legal? That, and a Donald Trump speech you won't want to miss.

This post will not be backed with any legal references due to the fact that this knowledge came only from personal observation in a court room, long ago, listening to a judge's rulings in an open court.
Even back in the 90's, all of the party crowd kids new you could have up to 1oz. of marijuanna without being charged.
Somehow, in the early 2000's it became big news that this plant was suddenly legalized in NY, but roughly the same rules applied.
TODAY in the 2020's
M.J. has been legalized again! Now, we can even have dispenseries, maybe even grow our own. Wow, how nice of them to let us use Our Father's plants.
This is all one big trick!

Do you travel freely in every American's private capacity.
Conclusion! Backed by the words of a judge in the 90's.
"The state has legalized it."
"The federal has not."
Henceforth, this is the same reason why Alex Jones and Donald Trump have faced a tribunal court system... or is it just for show?
