It seems to me that those who were supposed to be free are the only people who are not free. Wasn't this supposed to be the right of the people?
The rule of commerce was to govern trade and business.The people were not supposed to be under the rule of commerce, businesses were. In fact, it was made for overseas trade ONLY... more on that later. Today, this is what we see.
The federal government being a whole other story.
